As the executive director at Garacad Development Society, Ahmed oversees the organization's daily operations. Ahmed was raised in the city of Ottawa and holds a bachelor's degree in Islamic law from the Islamic University of Madinah, a master's degree in business law from the International Islamic University Malaysia as well as a certificate from Harvard Business School Online in Sustainable Business Strategy. In addition to being the Imam of Masjid Al-Salaam in Edmonton, Ahmed also founded Academy 4.0, an online tutoring platform.
